prerequisites
you must have screws:

example of screw kit :
STL files:Thingiverse (case complete and complete with fan)
you only have to print the part of the box that you have chosen.
please print the following files for the complete box:
- complete case part A
- complete case part B
- complete case part C
- complete case part D
please print the following files for the complete box with fan:
- complete case with fan part A
- complete case with fan part B
- complete case with fan part C
- complete case with fan part D
You can find the fans on aliexpress:
- PI 3b link aliexpress
- PI 3b+ link aliexpress
You must also have a 40-pin extension connector to increase the space between the module and the raspberry, for this you need a connector 2.54mm Male / Female 2x20 with pins of a length of 5mm:
Note: It is possible that cable extensions are required (dupont cable)
Assembly (assembly of the complete box and complete box with fan are similar)
Please turn off your PI before assembly.
if you use the box with fan please look this picture, otherwise go on after
Insert Part B on Part A
screw part A and Part B together using 5 screws M2x6mm
(Only for the complete box with fan) insert the 40-pin extension connector, otherwise proceed to the next step:
Insert the module on the raspberry (if you use the version with fan please connect the wires of this one on a pin 5v and "gnd" on the pin of the module)
Warning: we recommend to turn on the PI to check that you have correctly connected the card (at least one led must be lit on the card, if this is not the case, it is that you with offset the map, verify your connection). IF everything is good, turn off the PI again.
Also insert the sd card into its slot on the module
connect the extension cables to the module, the shortest connects to raspPi and the longest to Printer (without locking them)
Warning the extension should be connected upside down, a logo is present on the black part to indicate the meaning (the logo should not be visible as in the picture below)
then have the part C as below and pass the extensions (the shortest extension must be above the longest as in the photo)
then screw the Part D on the part C to block the extensions (see picture below) with 4 screws M2x4mm
you will have to return the part C on the part B, to do this place the rear part of the part C on the black part of the extensions like the image below and then push forward so that the part C and the part B aligns, then screw with 5 crews M2x6mm
once screwed push the extensions slightly under the case so that it is horizontal
then connect the microsd adapter to Usb to the raspPi extension (the shortest) and then connect the adapter to the raspberry.
Warning, the adapter must always be connected to the extender before being connected to the usb of the pi, in case of disconnection of the extension you will have to disconnect the adapter of the usb of the PI, connected the extension to this one and then reconnect it to the pi.
you can now turn on your PI, and do not forget to connect the second extension to your printer
